Ben jij een zeer georganiseerde en detailgerichte HR-professional die op zoek is naar een flexibele parttime functie? Ben je nieuwsgierig naar werken in het quantumveld? Wil je deel uitmaken van een diverse en dynamische scale-up? Single Quantum is momenteel op zoek naar een HR Officer om ons te helpen in onze missie om ’s werelds snelste en meest gevoelige lichtsensoren te ontwikkelen, alleen beperkt door de wetten van de natuurkunde.

In het kort

Single Quantum is een bedrijf gevestigd in Delft dat high-tech lichtdetectie-instrumenten ontwikkelt en produceert voor wetenschappelijke en industriële toepassingen. Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar een HR Officer die onze HR-administratie kan ondersteunen. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met onze HR Business Partner en met onze Administration Officers binnen het Administration-team.

Wat ga je doen

Je kunt onder andere de volgende werkzaamheden verwachten (maar dit is niet beperkt tot):

Het verzorgen van de salarisadministratie, vergoedingen voor woon-werkverkeer en thuiswerken, contractwijzigingen en andere HR-gerelateerde administratieve taken;
Het voortouw nemen in interne communicatie (bijvoorbeeld de maandelijkse nieuwsbrief) en meewerken aan het organiseren van – en deelnemen aan – bedrijfsevenementen;
Het ondersteunen van de HR Business Partner bij recruitment en administratieve HR-taken, zoals het onderhouden en waar nodig actualiseren van het bedrijfsbeleid in lijn met de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving en de toepasselijke cao.

Jouw profiel

Wat breng je mee?

MBO- of HBO-opleiding in HR of een andere relevante richting;
Sterk oog voor detail;
Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels;
Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.

Het volgende is een pré:

Een achtergrond in HR, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting;
Kennis van de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving is een grote pré;
Bekendheid met de CAO Metalelektro is een pré.

Single Quantum is currently looking for an HR Officer to join us in our mission to make the world’s fastest and most sensitive light sensors limited only by the laws of physics.

In Short

Single Quantum is a company based in Delft, developing and manufacturing high-tech light sensing instruments for scientific and industrial applications. Currently we are looking for an HR Officer to facilitate our HR administration needs. You will be working closely with our HR Business Partner, as well as our Administration Officers in the Administration team.

What You Will Be Doing

You can expect to be doing the following (but not restricted to):

Handling payroll administration, work-travel & work from home allowance, contract changes and other HR-related administrative tasks;
Taking the lead of in-company communication (e.g. monthly newsletter) and collaborating on organising (and taking part!) events;
Support the HR Business Partner with recruiting and administrative HR tasks such as be mantaining and updating (when necessary) the company's working policies in line with the Dutch Labour Law and the collective labour agreement (CAO).

Your profile and requirements

MBO/HBO level in HR or other relevant field;
Strong attention to details;
Fluent in Dutch and English;
Strong communication and organizational skills.

The following are a plus:

Background in HR, Business Administration or similar;
Knowledge of Dutch labour law is a big plus;
Familiarity with CAO Metalelektro is a plus.
