Our international team works at the absolute cutting edge of deep-tech innovation. As HR Officer, you will strengthen our HR team, working closely with our Administration Officers and HR Business Partner.

In this role, you will contribute to our HR administration and continuously work to improve our existing processes. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and improving payroll administration in Personio, including commuting allowances, remote working arrangements and contract changes;
  • Serving as the primary point of contact with the IND for visa applications and with the Belastingdienst for 30% ruling files;
  • Maintaining and updating HR policy documents in line with the CAO Metalelektro and current Dutch employment legislation;
  • Managing absence and sick leave administration, including liaising with the UWV, and our Health and Safety service provider (Arbodienst).
  • Drafting and managing employment contracts and other HR documents;
  • Coordinating onboarding administration for new employees;
  • Answering employee questions on HR policies and terms of employment;
  • Producing the monthly internal newsletter and supporting the organisation of company events.

Your profile and requirements

  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work independently;
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Dutch employment law and, preferably, the CAO Metalelektro;
  • Experience with payroll administration and/or HR software (preferably Personio, NMBRS or similar);
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken — this is a firm requirement.
Don't tick every box? That's fine — we are happy to invest in your development as long as you are eager to learn.

What we offer

  • Full-time position at an international scale-up in Delft;
  • Salary in accordance with the CAO Metalelektro (functiongroup G), supplemented by secondary benefits;
  • Up to 40 days of annual leave (based on full-time employment);
  • Solid pension scheme through PME;
  • Comprehensive social security provisions in line with the CAO;
  • Friday catered lunches, fresh fruit and comfortable workplace facilities;
  • Significant room for initiative and personal development;
  • An inclusive, international working environment where your input matters from day one.
