We’re on a mission to revolutionize light detection technology—and we’re growing fast. As we expand globally, we’re looking for an Industrial Engineer who’s passionate about process improvement, scaling operations, and making a real impact from day one.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs part of our new
Industrialisation Team, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how we operate. You’ll:
- Analyze and improve cross-departmental workflows to scale production and business processes
- Solve complex challenges like increasing product yield and manufacturing efficiency
- Implement Lean or Six Sigma principles to streamline operations
- Work hands-on in a multidisciplinary team to turn innovative ideas into scalable systems
- Drive continuous improvement with a data-driven and people-focused approach
Your profile and requirements
Who We're Looking For...You thrive in dynamic, fast-growing companies and love optimizing systems. You are:
- Educated: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or similar (e.g., Technische Bedrijfskunde)
- Experienced: Background in production, process improvement, or manufacturing (start-ups or scale-ups a big plus)
- Analytical & decisive: You use data and logic to make things better, faster, smarter
- Communicative: You collaborate easily across departments and drive change
- Practical & action-oriented: You don’t just strategize — you implement and deliver results
Bonus points if you have:
- Python skills or experience with data tools
- Knowledge of business operations or management
- Affinity with physics, photonics, or high-tech environments
